Exchanges, Returns, Refunds

Customers must contact JunyBell within 7 days of receiving items if they wish to return or exchange items.  Once they have contacted JunyBell, a return/exchange form will be sent to the customer.  JunyBell will not accept any exchanges or returns without a completed return/exchange form. It is the customer’s responsibility to reply to our communications within 7 business days of receiving items. After 7 business days, the order will be restocked and a 20% restocking fee will apply.

Customer can exchange only one time  for each item and has to pay the shipping cost.
​Any item which is damaged and has lost its value as a new product ( ex, Stain, Smell, Washing), is not able to be returned or exchanged.  Customer must keep the label and preserve the good packing conditions.

Order Cancellation

If a customer wants to cancel the order, it must placed before shipment.  After product has been shipped out, customer can not cancel the order. They have to contact to JunyBell for returns and refunds.

In this case, customer has to pay round shipping cost.

Shipping

Currently, most orders are shipped via International Air Mail Service. Orders are shipped within 10-15  business days from the time of purchase, not including holidays and weekends. While it is rare that a package arrives to a buyer late, our delivery dates are only estimates that are based upon the estimated transit times provided to us by Inyernational Air Mail Service. If you need your item to be guaranteed for delivery on a specific date,  contact us via email  to get a express mail service.
